Federal Government to fund cleanup of Pooh Corner following campaign by Friends of Pooh Corner

On Thursday, 18 May 2006 the Federal government and Brisbane City Council announced that the Federal Government will pay for the rubbish and UXO clean-up of Pooh Corner. 

Friends of Pooh Corner is actively keeping in touch with the Federal Government and the Brisbane City Council regarding the progress of the clean up.
